Female birthday cards.

I have really enjoyed making these cards, here are a few that I have made in the last few days.

My next venture is to do a good selection of male cards. This always proves to be challenging.

ATC's again

Well I have been busy making cards and ATC's and I thought I would share a few ATC's I have made.

Simple and quick Christmas cards

Every year my family (husband, myself and son) send out about 130 plus Christmas cards. So I try and make some very simple ones that are easily posted. Here are some that are just stamped , embossed and or sillouette card used.

They are reasonably quick and easy to do.

Well its nice to feel a little more inspired and try a few new things with card making.

I love Owls, these little owls are so cute..




This is another first for me and so simple. It is flowers with punched holes with ribbon weaved through them.



This one below is made from glitzy paper and a layered flower with a gem in the centre of it.

First Christmas cards made.

Well I have actually made a few Christmas cards and I quite enjoyed making them.
All decoupage, but not too bulky so not to bump up postage costs.

Owl series. ATC

Here are a set of four owls I have done for a private trade. Had a lot of fun with these.

Cross stitch

Well I have finally completed a simple cross stitch and I loved it. Here are the pieces I have completed.

The first is an angelic cat (if there can be such a thing lol)




This one below I am going to turn into a tree decoration.

Where is my mojo?

Still struggling to find my mojo, and I intend to make most of my christmas gifts by hand so I really need to find it asap.

These two pictures are painted in acrylics and may become table mats, if I cork the back and use heavy duty varnish on them.

On Canvas

Here are two more picture I did on holiday. These are done on canvas with acrylics but the blue is too blue in one of them. I might make them into table mats after I varnish them.

Set of four vintage themed ATC'S

Here is a set of four vintage themed ATC's which I have made for a private swap with another member of the craft club I belong to.
They are all connected with the same backing paper and lace but all made slightly different.

Inspired

I have struggled to get myself motivated with painting since the sudden loss of my mum.


I spent a week in the heart of Wales and was inspired to give it a whirl again.




I had a go at playing around with shadows.
