A lovely a lady at our church turns 90 ! very soon so made a special card for her. I kept it quite simple.
And as I had all my craft stuff out I decided to make another 2 cards. I love playing around with different embellishments and the feathers just had to come out!

I am starting a Free ( yes free!!) craft group at my church and looking for simple and cost effective crafting idea's. I have called it coffee and craft.I am hoping people will come, I have got some postcards printed to put up around the local area and also putting it in the local paper.
We are doing vintage style cards and tags for the first class, will keep you updated how it has gone.

I decided to do a beaded embellished card and I quite like the finished effect.
A few ATC's I made, they are a great way to use bits too small for a card.
Yesterday I attended a class for beginners in wire work, it was a Birthday present from my in laws. I really enjoyed it. Below is what I made in class. I think I may of caught the wire work bug as I really want to have a go at some more.
I made two rings using buttons and wire and a brooch.
When I got back from class I had a go at making a beaded brooch.
