Getting creative

I think I have found my crafting mojo again.

I made the wedding card for a lovely friend thats getting married tommorow.

These two were made using material flowers, I love using different textures.

 And I have topped up my masculine card collection.

Made this for an order, she wanted something a little different and speciall.

And you cannot beat a bit of cricket !

The next craft club in September with be male themed cards, here are a few examples below from a disc I was given but there will be far more variety than this..

 I have a decoupage and a layering sheet to give to all that come. They will make 2 cards if time permits.

I could not resist from making a few owl cards, it was a hoot!

Out of my comfort zone.

This is a giant wooden heart that I decoupaged. Its not the sort of thing I normally try but had fun getting messy and trying to be creative. 

I was really out of my comfort zone doing these.

I thought I would share them with you.

Mini handbag

For the next craft club we are doing boxes,bags and tags.

Here is a little sneak peak at a mini bag I made, it was my first attempt and I am quite pleased with it.

I used transfers and flat back pearl embellishments, I think this could be addictive lol!

On a creative roll..

A lovely a lady at our church turns 90 ! very soon so made a special card for her. I kept it quite simple.

And as I had all my craft stuff out I decided to make another 2 cards. I love playing around with different embellishments and the feathers just had to come out!

Getting out of my comfort zone.

I tried something a little different its good to get out of your comfort zone from time to time.

I have at last found the creative mojo I have been lacking for so long!

Craft Club

The start of the craft club is soon approaching and hubby got some lovely postcards done for it.

I just hope people would like to come. Here are a few cards I have made to use as examples of what they could make in the class in June.

Simple teabag folding and I am starting a Free craft group !

I have not had a go at teabag folding for a long time, and watched several You tube demo's , I had forgotten how addictive it is! lol Here are a few simple ones I have done.

I am starting a Free ( yes free!!) craft group at my church and looking for simple and cost effective crafting idea's. I have called it coffee and craft.I am hoping people will come, I have got some postcards printed to put up around the local area and  also putting it in the local paper.

We are doing vintage style cards and tags for the first class, will keep you updated how it has gone.
